Cournan Septic provides tank inspections and system locating for home buyers or for current owners who suspect that there are issues with their septic system. Although we cannot guarantee that the septic system will not fail as there are multiple components, but having your entire system inspected will give you peace of mind that it is intact and ready for continued use.

With the use of our state-of-the-art camera/locator, we can provide a complete visual inspection and document your system with photos and videos. 


One recent inspection customer noted the following – "I was able to re-negotiate the purchase price of my home as the system inspection noted crumbling concrete. The tank needed to be replaced."
